It All Starts With a Plan.

Pre-Construction

Successful homes require time, energy, and careful planning before they’re ready to come to fruition. Before we break ground, we take our time in the pre-construction phase to get to know you and to ensure your plan is well thought out, suits your goals, lifestyle & budget, and will stand the test of time. During this phase, we also establish budgets, provide detailed pricing, and develop a thorough schedule.

1. Getting To Know You

Creating a solid relationship sets the foundation for a smooth process from beginning to end, so we start every project by getting to know you and reviewing your plans in detail.

2. Design & Construction

In collaboration with your architect, we will provide input on your plan to ensure your home functions for your life and budget, and reflects your personal taste and style.

3. Pricing & Project Plan
Before we break ground, we will develop a project plan, detailed budget, and high-level schedule to make sure every detail of the build is covered and meets your expectations.

Construction

As our team starts to build your home from the ground up, we coordinate every aspect of the build, stay in regular contact with you, deliver on our promises, and provide genuine guidance on decisions and selections from beginning to end.
4. Communication
Honest communication is one of our highest priorities throughout the project. In addition to regular phone calls and texts, we use BuilderTrend, a cloud-based project management software, to help streamline our client communications and keep you up to date along the way.
5. Trade & Industry Partners

We coordinate all activity with our team of tradespeople to ensure the schedule and budget stay on track and that the work is being done to the highest quality standard. We also work closely with trusted industry partners to source the best possible materials to align with your vision and budget.

Post-Construction

Perhaps the most satisfying part of all: when your house becomes a home. When all is said and done, we stand behind every home we build and provide a standard warranty on all workmanship.
